The Minds Behind The Cupcake Madness

Emily Downing-Moore and Thaddeus Moore

Emily has been baking since she was 3 years old, thanks to her Grandma! She also works as a Certified Nurse Midwife, which keeps her occupied most days, and a good deal of nights. When she's not catching babies, she is baking cupcakes that will blow your mind!

 

Thaddeus is a Eugene native, and is the owner of one of Eugene's finest recording studios- Sprout City Studios. Here he records and produces fabulous music with a vast array of great musicians. He also happens to be a cupcake mastermind, and is behind many of the more "unique" recipes!

 

Our newest addition, Gideon! Born on 9/9/11 at 8 lbs 3 oz, and 19 inches. This little guy is going to inspire a great many cupcake discoveries, and plans to rule the world.

Our Kitchen Manager has been baking and rocking the free world for almost forty years now.

This chica rocks bass and sometimes drums in black metal bands around town when she isn't making the best cinnamon rolls you've ever had.

Kaitlin

An eccentric armchair philosopher who bikes, writes, and probably spends way too much time on the interwebs. The n00b of the group but is slowly turning into a BAMF. Her cat is her child and she believes in the moto, "Think Globally. Act Locally."

Carroll

Another one of Divine Cupcake's baker extraordinaries! Though Salem is the place she calls home, she's well known for spending all hours of the day and night crankin' out the cupcakes here in Eugene for all those hungry festival folks! Carroll also happens to be Emily's mom, which is more than an added bonus!
